Soeun is Professor of Applied Statistics and Data Science at Azusa Pacific University. She received her PhD in biostatistics from UCLA and currently lives in California. Soeun has served on the ICS board for three years.

Wei-Wen is an Associate Professor of Biostatistics in the Division of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics at the University of Cincinnati (UC) College of Medicine. Before he joined UC, He was an associate professor with tenure in the Department of Statistics and a core public health faculty for the Master of Public Health program at Kansas State University. He received his PhD degree in Statistics from Michigan State University. Wei-Wen has participated in the ICS mentoring program since 2019.

Matt is an Assistant Professor in the Mathematics Departmentat the United States Naval Academy (USNA) and a Captain in the US Navy. As a Naval Officer, he has served in various enjoyable roles in Submarine Warfare and Engineering Duty, including duty stations in seven different states and deployments to East Africa and the waters of the Far East and Middle East. He received his PhD in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School, and will conclude 30 years of active duty service in 2024.

Aric is Associate Professor of Analytics at North Carolina State University, Institute for Advanced Analytics. He received his PhD in Statistics at NC State. He resides in Raleigh, NC, with his wife and two young children. Aric has served on the ICS board for three years.

Sherlly Xie currently is a statistician at Medtronic. She grew up in a non-religious family in Beijing, China but was introduced to Christianity by a friend during her undergraduate years and was was baptized in 2009. Since then, she has served in campus ministries, children's and worship teams, and one-off volunteer opportunities in her local churches. Shirlly has participated in the ICS mentoring program and the monthly book study. Sherlly earned her MS in Biostatistics at the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health and PhD in Epidemiology at Drexel University School of Public Health.

Don is retired after 33 years of a solo statistical training and consulting practice. He received his PhD in Biostatistics from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. Don is married with four adult children and five grandchildren. He has lived in the Portland, OR area for 41 years. Don has been a member of the ICS board since its inception in 2017.
